IEIE Stuttgart offers services for young people, young adults, people in their working life and adults in general. IEIE concentrates especially on people with migration background within those target groups. For young people IEIE promotes youth exchange programmes, hosts youth initiatives and takes care of youth information programmes. For adults IEIE promotes projects on vocational training. For adults facing illiteracy, IEIE supports innovative activities to improve social integration and alternative skills and competences in addition to literacy courses. IEIE works with EU grant programmes such as Leonardo-da-Vinci, GRUNDTVIG, Comenius, Minerva, INTI and PRINCE. IEIE has partner institutions in 17 EU and non-EU countries.

The Verein Multikulturell offers advanced training courses for immigrants in the Austrian state of Tyrol. In addition to courses on German as a foreign language, Verein Multikulturell offers literacy courses for individual who never had a chance to visit a school or formal training institution. Special courses are provided for female immigrants and for groups with a low educational level. For migrant youth Multikulturell provides special activities based upon the special needs of these individuals.

The Institute of Preventive Medicine, Environmental and Occupational Health Prolepsis is a non-profit organization, active in the field of medical research, health promotion, environmental and occupational health since 1991. Prolepsis aims at the dissemination and promotion of knowledge on medical research and preventive medicine. Therefore, Prolepsis supports young health professionals, students and scientists working in these fields. In addition, either independently or in collaboration with universities and scientific bodies in Greece and abroad, the Institute organizes scientific meetings, seminars and conferences on subjects related to research and educational methodology and preventive medicine both for health professionals and for the general public.

The Association of Romanian Popular Universities is one of the largest networks of adult education centres in Romania, providing training and retraining courses for adults in order to enable them to adapt to the changing needs of the Romanian economy. It has been founded in 1993 and contains now about 100 popular universities in urban and rural area. These institutions are of public interest which develop activities in vocational training for adults in different domains of activities such as: foreign languages, literacy courses for individual in remote areas and new immigrants, computing, design, photography, public relations, marketing, etc, as well as courses dealing with personal development of the individual and cultural activities.
